On January 1, 2026, front-of-package (FOP) labels became mandatory in Canada as per the Health Canada food labeling rules. These new smaller labels are also referred to as "high in" labels since they are only required when a product is high in certain nutrients. For example, high in saturated fat, sodium, or sugar.
Nutritionist Pro online will automatically generate a front-of-package label when required. Refer to the Nutritionist Pro documentation for details.
