Dual Declaration Label is a label with 2 foods one is usually dry and the other cooked or for example in the case of Popcorn its un-popped vs popped.  Follow these steps below to help with creating a Dual Declaration Label type.  

  1. Login to the online applicaiton.  From the home screen click Create Label and then on the first screen for label you have label styles options, from that list please pick Dual Declaration as the label type.  You will also see a box open up on this screen for Additional Quantitative Footnote -- your special note for Dual Dec that is usually added on the label can be added here.   
  2. Click Continue to move forward to the 2nd screen of selecting foods, here please pick 2 foods that you wish to add to the label. 
  3. Click Continue to move forward to the 3rd screen of serving, ingredient, nutrient and allergen screen for each food.  Here you can add short name, serving size etc.  Simply pick each food and go through each tab General, Nutrient, Ingredient and Allergens to make sure you are editing and reviewing the data as you need to for each food.
  4. When you are done with step 3 click continue and you will see a dual declaration label, save it as jpg, png or pdf and then click the x on the top right hand corner to close the label.
