There are 2 options to update the payment methods.  


For the Online application

  1. Login to https://nexgen1.nutritionistpro.com/auth/login and from the top username select Manage Account. Next select Account Profile and complete your profile and add the credit you wish to use.
  2. If you have any issues please contact us and we can send an update payment link to your email directly.  


For the Desktop or Server application

  1. Contact us and we will be happy to send you an update payment link to your email directly.
  2. You can also create a ticket for our team.  Provide your full billing address, contact info and we will be happy to send you an update payment link to your email.
