We understand that you may need to make changes to your payment process for plans and update payment type for existing plans.
Here are steps on how you can easily do that
- Login in to the Shopper Panel for our Credit Card Vendor and it will allow you to update your existing payment option
- https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/account_login.jsp use your Bluesnap Username or Order ID and Password to login.
- You can also reset your password if needed via the link provided there.
- If you are not sure of your Order ID or Blue Snap Username please contact us and we can provide that for you.
- Once you log into the shopper panel you will see the option to change the Payment Method tab see image attached in the pdf file.
If you don't see any active subscription plans in your blue snap account that's fine just inform us and we can reactivate your older cancelled plan as needed. Then once we reactivate it you can update the card for that plan.
