We understand that you may need to make changes to your payment process.



Here are steps on how you can easily do that

  • Login https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/account_login.jsp  
  • If you are not sure of your Order ID, email used for signup or username please contact us and we can provide that for you.  
  • If your plan has expired and you no longer see it contact us and we can add the plan back before you can update the card.  If you do see the plan there go ahead and update the payment for that plan. 
  • See image below if you dont see any plans please contact our team to first add the plan to your account before you can update the card.
