Due to our naming convention which is coded into the Network Version of our application we do not recommend that you have 2 Axxya Systems or Nutritionist Pro database names on the same drive or network. Our suggestion to avoid conflict with our systems, is to add a unique name to the beginning of the folder or database names. For example if you have 2 Axxya Systems Folders please try changing one that is not being used to OlderAxxyaSystems folder name. Instead of typing the unique identifier to the end like AxxyaSystemsOlder please type that in the front so our application will catch that difference. Same thing for our databases if you have 2 NutritionistPro database files place the unique identifier in the front for example, call it OlderNutritionistPro. These simple changes will help avoid any conflicts and allow the live production network version to work seamlessly.
