We offer a couple of options for clients that purchase our desktop software from our online store.
Immediately after the purchase you will be taken to a login page. You can login here and you will see the Manage Accounts section. Click on Purchased Products from the left and you will see the name of the module and desktop software here. There will be a download here link in blue you can click this link to download the software. If you don't see the Manage Accounts click on your username on the top right hand side in green and select Manage Accounts.
- Our team once they receive your order will process the order and also create a support ticket for you. This ticket will also have the link to the software as well and it will come from an email email@example.com please check for this email within 24-48 hours of us receiving your order Monday - Friday.
